Thank you for shopping with Xplywi. This Payment Methods page explains the payment methods we accept, payment currency, payment security, order charges, taxes, refunds, failed payments, and what to do if you experience a payment issue.

Xplywi currently sells and ships products to the United Kingdom only

Payment Summary:
Xplywi accepts secure payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Orders are charged in GBP / British Pound Sterling at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where available.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the secure payment methods shown at checkout. Available payment methods may depend on checkout availability, payment provider settings, card issuer approval, payment security checks, device, and browser.

Our accepted payment methods may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal

Please select your preferred payment method during checkout. If a payment method is not displayed at checkout, it is not available for your order at that time.

Please only use the secure payment methods displayed on our checkout page. We do not accept payment through private messages, personal bank accounts, cash transfer, or unofficial payment links.

2. Payment Currency

Our checkout currency for UK customers is GBP / British Pound Sterling.

The final payment amount will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or exchange rate adjustments. These third-party fees are not controlled by Xplywi.

3. Credit and Debit Card Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

When paying by card, please make sure your card number, expiration date, security code, cardholder name, billing address, and contact information are entered correctly.

Your card may be charged immediately after your payment is successfully completed at checkout. If your card payment is declined, your order may not be completed.

Some card payments may require additional security verification by your bank or card issuer, such as 3D Secure, one-time password verification, banking app approval, or other authentication steps.

4. PayPal Payments

We accept PayPal where available at checkout.

When you choose PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely. After the payment is completed, you may be redirected back to our website for order confirmation.

PayPal availability may depend on your PayPal account status, payment currency, PayPal security checks, and PayPal’s own policies.

If a PayPal payment is not completed, cancelled, declined, or cannot be verified, your order may not be processed.

5. Unsupported Payment Methods

At this time, we do not support the following payment methods unless they are clearly shown as available at checkout:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Offline cash payments
  • Manual bank transfer
  • Personal bank account transfer
  • Private payment links not generated by our checkout
  • Klarna
  • Afterpay
  • Buy-now-pay-later services
  • Instalment payment plans
  • Cryptocurrency payments
  • Cheque payments

6. When Your Order Is Charged

Your order is charged when your payment is successfully completed at checkout.

If the payment is not completed, declined, cancelled, expired, reversed, or cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled or placed on hold until payment is confirmed.

We will start processing your order after payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Order Confirmation

After your payment is successfully completed, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Please check your email inbox, spam folder, or promotions folder if you do not see the confirmation email.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us at support@xplywi.co.uk with your name, email address, payment method, and approximate payment time.

Please do not send full card numbers, payment passwords, bank login details, PayPal passwords, or sensitive payment credentials by email, WhatsApp, or contact form.

8. Taxes, VAT, Import Duties, and Customs Fees

For standard shipments to the United Kingdom, VAT, import duties, and customs taxes are covered by us where applicable.

Customers normally do not need to pay additional VAT, import duties, or customs taxes upon delivery for orders shipped through our standard shipping channels.

If any unexpected customs-related issue occurs, please contact us before making any payment to the carrier or customs office. We will help verify the situation and provide assistance.

Additional charges may apply if the customer provides incorrect delivery information, refuses delivery, requests a special shipping arrangement, or changes the delivery destination after shipment.

9. Payment Fees and Third-Party Charges

Xplywi does not charge extra payment handling fees unless a fee is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, payment service fees, or other third-party charges. These fees are charged by third parties and are not controlled by Xplywi.

Please review the total amount, currency, billing information, and payment details carefully before completing your order.

10. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. Payments on our website are processed through secure checkout systems and trusted payment service providers.

Xplywi does not store your full credit card number, card security code, full PayPal login details, or full payment account credentials on our website.

Payment details are processed by secure payment providers, card networks, banks, PayPal, Shopify checkout systems, and other authorised payment processors where applicable.

For your safety, please do not share sensitive payment credentials with us by email, WhatsApp, or contact form.

11. Payment Failed or Declined

If your payment fails or is declined, please check the following:

  • Your card number, expiration date, and security code are correct
  • Your billing address matches the information registered with your bank or card issuer
  • Your card has sufficient balance or credit limit
  • Your card supports online transactions
  • Your card supports international or cross-border online payments, if required by your bank
  • Your bank has not blocked the transaction for security reasons
  • Your PayPal account is active and available for the transaction
  • Any required bank, card, or PayPal security verification has been completed

You may try another accepted payment method or contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider for more details.

If you still need help, please contact us and provide a screenshot of the payment error if possible. Please hide or remove sensitive payment information before sending any screenshot.

12. Order Security Review

To protect customers and prevent unauthorised transactions, some orders may be subject to security review or fraud prevention checks.

We may contact you to confirm order details, billing information, shipping information, or payment-related information if needed.

If we cannot verify an order, or if an order appears to be unauthorised, fraudulent, suspicious, or high risk, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method where available.

Security review may delay order processing. If additional verification is required, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

13. Billing Information

Please make sure your billing information is accurate when placing an order.

Incorrect billing information may cause payment failure, order delay, security review, or payment cancellation.

If you need to update your billing or shipping information before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that billing or shipping details can be changed.

14. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order where available.

After a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. In most cases, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider for assistance.

15. Cancellations and Payment Reversals

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped and cancellation is approved, we will cancel the order and issue the refund to the original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, payment, delivery, product, return, or refund, please contact us first so that we can help resolve the issue.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may delay the resolution process because the payment provider may need time to investigate the case.

We are happy to help with order tracking, damaged packages, product issues, returns, refunds, exchanges, or missing items according to our policies.

17. Product Availability and Payment

Payment completion does not guarantee that an order can be fulfilled in every situation. If a product becomes unavailable, if there is a stock error, or if a vehicle-specific compatibility issue is identified before shipment, we may contact you to confirm whether you would like to wait, change the product, exchange for another suitable model, or cancel the order for a refund.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel the affected order or item and issue a refund to the original payment method where available.
