Xplywi currently sells and ships products to the United Kingdom only.

Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom may not be accepted at checkout. If an order outside our supported service area is placed due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method where available.

5. Vehicle Compatibility Notice

Xplywi products are vehicle-specific dash cams and aftermarket vehicle accessories. Compatibility may depend on your vehicle brand, model, year, trim, right-hand drive or left-hand drive layout, original rearview mirror housing, windscreen sensor cover, installation position, cable connection structure, and selected product configuration.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for carefully checking the product title, product description, compatibility table, year range, product images, included components, and installation information.

UK vehicles may have different mirror housing structures, trim levels, or right-hand drive layouts compared with vehicles sold in other markets. The same vehicle model may also vary by year, version, factory equipment, or previous modifications.

If you are not sure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before purchasing. For compatibility support, please provide:

  • Your vehicle brand
  • Your vehicle model
  • Your vehicle year
  • Your vehicle trim or version, if known
  • Whether your vehicle is right-hand drive or left-hand drive
  • A clear photo of the front of your original rearview mirror area
  • A clear photo of both sides of the rearview mirror housing
  • A photo of the windscreen area around the rearview mirror and sensor cover, if possible

We are not responsible for compatibility issues caused by incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer, failure to check compatibility before purchase, selection of the wrong product model or configuration, or vehicle modifications that affect installation.

If we confirm compatibility incorrectly in writing before your purchase, we will handle the case according to our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty & Support Policy.

6. Installation and Product Use

Some products sold on our website may require installation, wiring, mounting, app setup, or vehicle-specific fitting. Customers are responsible for reading product information and following installation instructions carefully.

Please check product compatibility, accessory completeness, cable type, and product condition before installation. Do not force any part into place, cut wires, modify cables, or alter the product unless proper instructions have been provided and you understand the risk.

We recommend professional installation if you are not familiar with vehicle electronics, wiring, trim removal, or dash cam installation.

Xplywi is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect wiring
  • Forced installation
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Cut, altered, or modified cables
  • Use of incompatible parts or accessories
  • Failure to follow installation instructions
  • Installation by an unqualified person
  • Misuse, negligence, accident, impact, water exposure, or external damage
  • Installation outside the recommended vehicle area
  • Use of non-approved power accessories or third-party wiring

Rear cameras, where included, are generally intended for interior installation unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Some rear cameras are not waterproof and should not be installed outside the vehicle or near the number plate area.

Parking monitoring may require an additional compatible OBD power cable or hardwire power cable and may not be included with every product configuration.

The dash cam WiFi connection is for local app connection only and does not support remote viewing from another location.

Please use all products responsibly and in accordance with applicable traffic laws, privacy laws, vehicle regulations, insurance requirements, and safety rules.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means that we have received your order request. It does not mean that the order has been fully accepted or shipped.

Xplywi currently ships to the United Kingdom only.

Xplywi is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, loss, return, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package.

For standard shipments to the United Kingdom, VAT, import duties, and customs taxes are covered by us where applicable.

For customer-reason returns, products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in a returnable condition. Installed, modified, damaged, incorrectly installed, cut, altered, or incomplete products are not eligible for customer-reason returns.

For confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, missing-item, or seller-caused issues, we will handle the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where available after approval.
