Thank you for shopping with Xplywi. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our UK shipping area, order processing time, estimated delivery time, shipping cost, tracking information, taxes, customs duties, and what to do if your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
Xplywi currently sells and ships products to the United Kingdom only. This policy applies to orders placed on https://xplywi.store.
Shipping Summary:
Free standard shipping within the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided for every shipped order.
1. Shipping Area
Xplywi currently ships to the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer checkout, shipping, or delivery to other countries or regions through this website.
Our UK shipping service may include England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, where carrier service is available. Delivery to some remote areas, islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other limited-service areas may take longer than the standard estimated delivery time.
We do not currently ship through this website to countries outside the United Kingdom. If a delivery address is outside our supported shipping area, the order may not be accepted at checkout or may be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping Origin
Xplywi orders are usually shipped from China using international shipping providers and UK local delivery partners.
After the package arrives in the United Kingdom, final delivery may be completed by a local courier or postal delivery partner, depending on the shipping route and destination address.
3. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
No standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout unless a different shipping service or special arrangement is clearly stated before payment.
If a customer requests a special shipping arrangement that is not part of our standard shipping service, additional shipping fees may apply. Any extra cost will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.
4. Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 2 business days after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, product availability checks, compatibility checks, or unexpected warehouse delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
If you contact us to change your vehicle model, product configuration, shipping address, or order details before shipment, this may extend the processing time.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for UK orders is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Together with our standard processing time, the total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is usually around 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, peak season logistics congestion, incorrect address information, remote area delivery limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Carriers
We may use different shipping carriers depending on product type, package size, available shipping routes, and destination address within the United Kingdom.
Our commonly used shipping providers or logistics partners may include:

- YunExpress
- Yanwen
- Other international shipping providers
- UK local delivery partners
The final delivery carrier may vary. The carrier shown in the tracking information may be different from the initial international shipping provider.
7. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided for every order after it has been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Tracking information usually updates within 48 hours after shipment. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately while the package is moving between international logistics facilities.
If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, you may contact us at support@xplywi.store. Please include your order number so that we can help check the shipment status.
8. VAT, Import Duties, and Customs Taxes
For standard shipments to the United Kingdom, VAT, import duties, and customs taxes are covered by us where applicable.
Customers normally do not need to pay additional VAT, import duties, or customs taxes upon delivery for orders shipped through our standard shipping channels.
If any unexpected customs-related issue occurs, please contact us before making any payment to the carrier or customs office. We will help verify the situation and provide assistance.
Additional charges may apply if the customer provides incorrect delivery information, refuses delivery, requests a special shipping arrangement, or changes the delivery destination after shipment.
9. Remote Areas and Special Delivery Locations
Delivery to remote areas, islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other limited-service locations may take longer than the standard estimated delivery time.
If the carrier cannot complete delivery to a specific address, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.
We may not be able to deliver to certain PO Box addresses, military addresses, forwarding addresses, or locations where courier delivery is restricted. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you by email.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
Please carefully check your full name, phone number, street address, city, postcode, and country before completing payment.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or an unavailable recipient, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees, return shipping costs, or reshipping costs.
11. Address Changes Before Shipment
You may request an address change before your order has been shipped.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@xplywi.store and include your order number and the correct shipping address.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. If the package is already in transit, the customer may need to contact the local carrier directly for delivery changes.
12. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
13. Delayed Shipments
Although we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally happen.
Possible causes of shipping delays include:
- Customs clearance delays
- Carrier network delays
- Weather conditions
- UK public holidays or China public holidays
- Peak season logistics congestion
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Remote area delivery limitations

14. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@xplywi.store with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Reshipment of the order, where stock is available
- Refund to the original payment method
The final solution will depend on the order status, product availability, delivery investigation result, and carrier confirmation.
15. Damaged Packages or Products
Please inspect your package and product as soon as you receive your order.
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer package
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos or videos showing the damaged product
- A short description of the issue
After we review the information, we may offer a replacement, missing parts reshipment, repair guidance, return, or refund, depending on the situation.
16. Missing Items or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item, missing an important accessory, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of all items received
- Photos of the package and shipping label
- A description of the missing or incorrect item
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as sending the missing item, replacing the incorrect item, or providing another appropriate resolution.
17. Delivery Confirmation
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, building reception, mail room, safe place, or the local delivery carrier first.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us with your order number. We will help review the tracking information and, where possible, request further information from the carrier.
18. Refused Delivery or Failed Delivery
If a package is refused, not collected, or returned because delivery was unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees, return shipping costs, or reshipping costs may apply.
Customer-related reasons may include incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to respond to carrier contact.
19. Vehicle-Specific Product Shipping Notice
Xplywi products are vehicle-specific dash cams. Before placing an order, please make sure the product is compatible with your vehicle model, year, and original rearview mirror structure.
If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering and provide:
- Your vehicle brand
- Your vehicle model
- Your vehicle year
- Your vehicle trim or version, if known
- A clear photo of the front of your original rearview mirror area
- A clear photo of both sides of the rearview mirror housing
- A photo of the windscreen area around the rearview mirror and sensor cover, if possible
This helps us recommend the correct product and reduce unnecessary delivery, return, or exchange issues.
20. Product Configuration and Shipping Notice
Product contents may vary depending on the selected configuration. Some products may include a memory card, rear camera, or specific accessories, while other configurations may not.
Please check the product page, product title, selected variant, and included accessories carefully before placing an order.
Parking monitoring may require an additional compatible OBD power cable or hardwire power cable and may not be included with every product configuration.
